For the use of water, we ask the compensation of € 8,95 per 1m³, rounded up to the nearest 0,5 m³ units.*

 

Final cleaning of the apartment :

For this we charge € 55.00.

Electricity

For the use of electricity we ask the compensation of € 0,49 per kWh.*

*The electricity and water meter will be checked at arrival and departure in your presence.

 

Transfers costs

Transfer from Hato (airport) to Villa L’Orangerie appartementen each way:

For transfer to or from the airport we ask a fee of € 6.50 per person, each way. (If requested)

Sales tax

Sales tax for accommodation:

All our rates are excluding 7% sales tax.

Discounts Villa L'Orangerie Curaçao

  • At a minimum stay of 21 nights. 5 % discount.
  • At a minimum stay of 28 nights. 10 % discount.
  • At a minimum stay of 35 nights. 15 % discount.
